Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship our products within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. All our shipments are done using USPS Standard U.S. Shipping. We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

After your order has been placed, you will receive an email with the Tracking Code to track your order once it has been submitted to the USPS system. USPS will usually take 1-5 business days to deliver your package.

Please note that the orders which are PRE-ORDERS will be shipped within 0-5 days of the release date, not the order date.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
To issue a return, fill out the contact form listed on our top menu. You will be required to pay for shipping the product and will be refunded the full amount.

You may issue a return within 14 days of having received the package. This means the 14-day period begins from the time the package reaches your mailbox or doorstep.

1. Jewelry or Product arrived in a broken state.
In-Valid Returns Reasons
1. Jewelry does not fit the intended user: We will not return for this reason because all of our jewelry sizes are listed on our website in the description. If you would like to add a comment saying to make the size smaller/bigger after placing your order, you are welcome to submit it in the contact form.

2. The jewelry product has worn down: We do not issue warranties because our products are not made for waterproof or harsh environments. During normal use, the product will last as long as you the customer takes care of it in an intended way.
